Two balances, not one
A Tonza account keeps money in two places. The real balance holds your deposits and everything won with your own funds. The bonus balance holds whatever was credited by the deposit promotion or a referral code. A withdrawal request is raised against the real balance only: bonus funds stay put until the wagering condition is met.
What "wagering complete" actually means
The requirement is x40, and it is measured in turnover rather than in winnings. Every bet adds its own stake to the counter whatever the round does — a losing round counts exactly as much as a winning one. A 100 USD bonus means 4,000 USD of total bets; a 250 USD bonus means 10,000 USD.

The referral credit works on its own terms
A referral code adds 5 USD to the bonus balance under the same x40 rule, which is 200 USD of turnover. It also carries a withdrawal ceiling: however far the amount climbs during wagering, no more than 5 USD can be taken out. Treat it as a look around the in-house games at no cost, not as a top-up.
Before the first payout
